To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused and unworn
- Item must be in original condition and packaging
- All tags (if applicable) must still be attached

👟 Exchanges (Recommended for Shoes)
We recommend exchanges for:
- incorrect sizing
- different style preference
We will assist you in finding the correct size or alternative product.
💰 Refunds
Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:
- item is defective or damaged
- incorrect item was delivered
👉 Approved refunds will be processed after the item has been received and inspected.
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- In cases where the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping
⏳ Processing Time
Once your return is received and approved:
- Exchanges are processed within 1–3 business days
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
